Kelgai Ann (2004) is a 4” waterlily form worthy of obsession. The ever-changing pale pink flowers can have darker pink stripes on their petals as the weather cools and there is an almost leathery texture to the petals themselves that I’ve not encountered in other dahlias. Ethereal appearance and tough constitution- what a combination! 3.5’ plants produce loads of flowers.
