Dahlia ‘Jasmine Pearl’ (2001) The 3” waterlily flowers are the palest possible lavender one could imagine. The entire effect is ethereal and a designer’s dream. Plenty of blooms on a 3-4’ plant. This one tends to be a late bloomer for me if I tip it, which is fine because when the cooler temps arrive, the bugs that are drawn to them leave and this stunner comes into its own. Tubers are naturally small.
