Dahlia Sun Spot
Dahlia Sun Spot
Also available in the Callista’s Fruiy Shade Tuber Collection.
Dahlia Sun Spot (1992) has juicy peach tones that I would compare to Labyrinth. maybe. The long stemmed 3-4” flowers are produced on a 4-5’ plant all season long. I had three full flushes on each plant this year- ALL with long stems. Excellent
Tubers are smallish and slender 3-4” long and 1/2'“ wide
Honestly, there are several dahlias that I grow that become difficult to distinguish from another when they are all packed in a bucket together: Sun Spot, Snoho Doris are particularly close in appearance. In my opinion, they are all interchangeable in design work, but this one is hands down the most productive of the bunch for me.
