Kelgai Ann (2004) Breathtaking pale pink waterlily form dahlia is a dream cut flower or just glowing in the garden. The flowers close each night and remind me of a peony. 4 inch flowers open slowly on a 3.5’ plant. Kelgai Ann has been a unicorn dahlia and I am happy to say I will have tubers available to buy for 2025.
