Dahlia Lee’s Seville
Dahlia Lee’s Seville
Lee’s Seville (2023) Rosy red, formal decorative flowers have gold towards the center of the petals, giving the 4” flowers a dimensionality that is striking from a distance and yet plays well with other rich colors in the vase. Productive plants- flowers and tuners- are 4.5-5’ tall and the dark stems are long. The name- Seville- was inspired by the Spanish city where, each April, ladies of all ages don the traditional costume of flamenco dresses and shawls for Feria de Sevilla. Many of these ladies also embellish the look with a flower perched on top of their heads and a Lee’s Seville would be right at home!
